Visitor applications: Visitors from other archery clubs, who wish to attend the BAC Open shoots, must contact the Tournaments Officer BEFORE the closing date to register their interest.  Please use the form in the Application Form tab if you wish to attend any of the open shoots.  If you have not made an application, the club reserves the right to refuse permission to shoot.  For further information please email: tournaments@bromleyarcheryclub.org.uk

Tournaments Information

  • TIMEKEEPING:  For BAC shoots, BAC members must arrive early (preferably no later than 9.15am) to help set out the field. Late arrival may result in archers not being permitted to shoot.  If you arrive late, please stay to help put the field away.
  • PAYMENT & AGB NUMBER:  BAC members must pay the BAC Tournaments Officer upon application for away shoots, and provide their Archery GB membership number.  Non-payment and/or no AGB number will result in no application being made for the archer.
  • DRESS CODE:  Where GNAS dress code is specified, those who do not comply may be refused permission to shoot. Archers should always wear GNAS colours when attending competitions.

SCORESHEETS - correct completion

The Members Only area has a section dedicated to the completion of scoresheets.  Members should familiarise themselves with these guidelines. If your scoresheet is not completed correctly your score will not be recorded in the database. Competition results may also exclude your details if you fail to follow instructions correctly.
